Author Guidelines
The International Journal of Development Communication Research (IJDCR) welcomes high-quality scholarly manuscripts that contribute meaningfully to the advancement of development communication research and practice. Authors are advised to read and comply fully with the guidelines below before submitting a manuscript.
General Submission Requirements

Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by another journal or publisher.

Submissions must align clearly with the focus and scope of IJDCR.

All submissions are made online through the journal’s manuscript management system.

The journal accepts submissions from authors worldwide.
Manuscript Types
IJDCR accepts the following categories:

Manuscript Preparation

Language: English (clear, concise, and grammatically sound)

Length: Typically 6,000–8,000 words (including references), unless otherwise justified

Formatting: Double-spaced, standard font (e.g., Times New Roman, 12-point)

Referencing style: APA (latest edition)
